Faith

This weekend has been surprisingly restful after the unbreathable, humid hive that was Geylang Serai's Ramadan bazaar on Friday night. No regrets though!!! Food wasn't out of this world but anything deep fried in sputtering hot oil is always good.

Spent Saturday and Sunday pottering about the house, doing yoga and pilates, exploring places on my to-eat list with Chermaine (Tsuta was sadly underwhelming - noodles had minimal bite, cha siu was too lean and chewy, Chermaine's shio soup base was overpowered by the coriander leaves haphazardly thrown in. Punch and Caveau Bar serve up really good coffee though), caught Paterson (such an ode to poetry! loved it), and quality time with two of my favourite people.

Today's sermon really spoke to my heart - let go and let me, said the Lord. Look beyond the past and your current circumstances, and be still in the knowledge that I have a plan for you.

Faith: knowledge that you are loved, willingness to accept His love, and wholehearted trust in His love

Another One

When you're a child you learn there are three dimensions
Height, width and depth
Like a shoebox
Then later you hear there’s a fourth dimension
Time
